1. how long does shipping take?
Our products are usually dispatched within 2-5 working days. customised products take longer and are only available on request.

2. what are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs within Germany are 5.95 €, from an order value of 99.00 €, shipping is free. Shipping to other EU countries is also possible - please refer to our shipping information.

3. can I change or cancel my order at a later date?
As long as your order has not yet been dispatched, you can make changes or cancellations via our customer service .

Our products are handmade in Europe and are made from high-quality, durable materials. All our DOGSTLYER products are extensively tested by our team of dogs in everyday situations before we approve them.

5. are the materials free of harmful substances?
Yes, we only use tested, animal-friendly materials that are free of harmful substances.

Car products

1.how do I attach the Dogstyler car seat in the car?

Our dog car seats are equipped with an integrated ISOFIX system. This means that you simply click the dog car seat with the ISOFIX plugs into the ISOFIX device on your back seat or, in some cases, on the front passenger seat. You release it with the red handle. 2.how do I secure my dog in the car seat ?

The adjustable seat belts for your dog are already integrated in all our car seats (front passenger and rear seat). Simply adjust it to the correct length and attach the belt to your dog's harness using the safety carabiner. Make sure that your dog still has sufficient freedom of movement, can turn, lie and sit and that the length is set so that he cannot jump out when the door is open.

3.are there also dog car beds for the boot ?

Yes, we have three standard sizes for the boot that fit into most standard car boots. Please refer to the size table to see which external dimensions are suitable for your car boot.

4.are customised products still available?

Customised products are only available on request. Please contact us by phone or e-mail. We will be happy to help you with the necessary steps.

5.how do I attach my boot bed in the car?

We offer you an additional fastening and seatbelt strap that connects the car boot bed to your car and straps your dog in at the same time. The seat belt is adjustable and can therefore be set to the right length for your dog. Take a look at our installation video. (insert link)

6What happens if someone hits me in the back or the car overturns ?

First things first: Statistically speaking, most road accidents occur in urban traffic. These are primarily accidents when turning (i.e. with a side impact).

Over 80% of all accidents with personal injury are such side impact accidents - and the driver and front passenger only have about 15cm of crumple zone. In addition, the crumple zone in the boot is many times greater than that available to the driver (with a higher accident risk). In this case, the DOGSTYLER®has the great advantage that it can be crumpled - i.e. it does not break, no sharp product parts bore into the dog and overall it protects the dog much better than any lattice box. If the worst should happen and the vehicle overturns, the integrated DOG CLICK & SAFETY belt system prevents the dog from becoming a dangerous projectile in the car. It is therefore important to ensure that the dog is attached to the CLICK & SAFETY using a harness - there is a risk of strangulation from a collar.

7.which size is the right one for my dog ?

Please take a look at our size charts for dog car seats and for the boot. The inside dimensions are decisive here. To determine the right size, please tape the inside dimensions of the product to the floor with masking tape, for example, or fold a blanket to the inside dimensions and let your dog sit or lie within the markings.

You should always make sure that your dog can still lie down comfortably and change position. On the other hand, there should not be too much space available so that your dog cannot be thrown back and forth in the system - you may already be familiar with this principle from bicycle helmets, which also have to fit close to the head.

8.is the harness included in the scope of delivery?

The harnesses you see in some pictures are not included in the scope of delivery. However, you do not need a special safety harness. It is important that the harness is well made and that it is neither too loose nor too tight. There should be 1-2 finger widths of space between the body and the straps. Our "Neofit" Dogstyler harness, which is light yet sturdy, is always a good choice if you are unsure. If you do need help, feel free to drop by our store.

9. how long is the delivery time for car products ?

Our delivery time is usually 2-5 working days, if a product is not in stock, we will inform you immediately.
