Cancellation Policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Dogstyler®- PaWorks GmbH, Kleine Osthofe 44, 59494 Soest, info@dogstyler.de, telephone: 0 29 21 / 55 977 34, fax: 0 29 21 / 55 977 -28) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although this is not mandatory.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online via the website at the following web address https://www.dogstyler.de/widerruf . If you use this online function, you will immediately receive, on a durable medium (e.g. by email), a confirmation of receipt containing information on the content of the notice of withdrawal, as well as the date and time of its receipt.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall refund to you all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs for the initial dispatch (with the exception of any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery option offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will make this refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund.

Collection of the goods will be arranged by a transport service provider or, in the case of goods requiring a haulage contractor, by a haulage contractor of our choice. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You will only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to handling of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to check their condition, characteristics and functionality.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts
- for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs. This also applies to packages of pet food, snacks or treats that have already been opened. These will only be accepted if they are in their original, unopened condition.
