Payment methods

Choose from a variety of the most popular payment methods such as prepayment, credit card or PayPal. We also offer purchase on account and payment by instalments via PayPal.

Prepayment

You simply and conveniently transfer the invoice amount to our bank account in advance. You will receive details of our bank account details with the invoice by email after placing your order. Depending on the bank and transfer method, it may take up to 3 working days for the amount to be credited to our account. Only then can we process the order further. If you return one or more items, the corresponding amount will be credited back to your account.

PayPal

In addition to paying in advance, you can also pay quickly and easily via PayPal. After confirming your order, you will be redirected to PayPal. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can make the payment here using your login details.

Are you new to PayPal? In this case, you can log in to PayPal as a guest or open a new account and confirm the payment. Payments made via PayPal are usually booked within a few minutes and your order will be processed immediately. If you return one or more items, the corresponding amount will be credited back to your PayPal account.

Payment by instalments

In cooperation with PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg, we offer you payment by instalments as a payment option. Please note that payment by instalments cannot be selected in our shop, but on the PayPal page when completing your order. To do this, simply select the "PayPal" payment method during the order process and click on "Order with obligation to pay". On the PayPal page you then have the option "Payment by instalments" at the bottom of the page.

Purchase on account

In cooperation with PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg, we offer you the purchase on account as a payment option. Please note that PayPal Plus Invoice is only available to consumers and that payment must be made to PayPal Plus.

PayPal Plus invoice purchase

When purchasing on account with PayPal, you always receive the goods first and you always have a payment period of 14 days. You can find the full terms and conditions for purchase on account here. The online shop does not charge a fee for purchase on account with PayPal Plus.
